DMH AI (“the App”) is operated by AAI Health and Deep Mind Healthcare LLC. We provide an AI-powered musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment platform designed to help patients understand mobility, track improvements, and access healthcare services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our iOS app, Android app, and website at https://deepmindcare.com.

To provide AI-driven MSK analysis, we may collect:

Note: We do not store raw videos unless you explicitly choose to save them. Videos processed by AI may be analyzed in real time and deleted automatically unless you opt to retain them.

  • Camera and motion sensor input (during assessments only)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • AI-Based Physiotherapy Assessment: To analyze user-provided assessment responses and uploaded movement videos in order to generate Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Range of Motion (ROM) assessment reports.
  • Internal AI Processing: Movement videos and assessment data are processed using DMH AI’s proprietary artificial intelligence model to monitor movement patterns and generate clinical insights for physiotherapy evaluation.
  • Personalized User Experience: To tailor assessment guidance and recommendations based on the user’s condition and responses.
  • Healthcare Support: To allow users to share their assessment results with healthcare professionals if they choose to do so.
  • AI Model Improvement: To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI models using anonymized and aggregated data only, which cannot be used to identify individual users.
  • App Performance: To maintain, monitor, and improve application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Communication: To respond to support requests, provide service updates, or notify users of important changes.

 

We do not sell personal information or health-related data to third parties.
The application analyzes assessment responses and recorded movement videos to generate a structured physiotherapy assessment report that the user may share with a healthcare professional for further review.

3. Camera, Microphone & Sensor Permissions

Camera

Used for video-based movement capture and AI analysis. We do not record or store videos without your permission.

Microphone (Optional)

Used for voice-assisted instructions and audio cues.

Motion Sensors

Used to enhance movement tracking accuracy.

You may disable permissions, but certain app features may stop functioning.

Healthcare Professionals
 Users may choose to share their assessment report with a doctor or physiotherapist. The report is generated from the user’s assessment responses and recorded movement videos. Healthcare professionals review the report independently and may contact the user through their own communication channels outside the application.


Internal AI Processing
 Assessment responses and movement videos are analyzed using DMH AI’s proprietary artificial intelligence model, which is operated and controlled by our organization. We do not share user data with third-party AI services for analysis.


Technical Service Providers
 We may use trusted infrastructure providers (such as secure cloud hosting or data storage services) to operate and maintain the application. These providers may process data only as necessary to provide these services and are contractually required to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate security protections.


Legal Requirements
 We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.


All service providers and partners are required to maintain appropriate security measures and confidentiality protections when handling user data.
